You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Magic Eraser. By creating an account or downloading the app you confirm you have the legal authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Magic Eraser offers both free and paid plans. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled in the App Store or Google Play settings. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change prices or plan benefits with advance notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Do not upload content that violates intellectual property rights, invades privacy, contains explicit material, or breaches any applicable law.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse the Services, nor may you attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other user's data or to our infrastructure.

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By using Magic Eraser, you grant us a limited, revocable license to process that content solely for delivering the requested features.

All Magic Eraser technology, trademarks, and brand assets remain the property of Giang Nguyen. These terms do not grant you any rights to copy or redistribute our software.

Magic Eraser is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect new features or regulatory changes. Material changes will be announced in the app or on our website.
